Ingredients:
Mill'Orich Roasted Great Millet Flour 150 grams, lack gram dal powder- 50 grams, salt and oil (for shallow fry).
Preparation Method:
- Add water and salt to the powder to make asmooth batter and allow it for fermentation.
- Apply a tea spoon of oil on the preheated dosa making tawa and pourthe batter on it, spread with scoop into thin round shape.
- Fry till crispdosa is obtained.
- Serve hot with chutney.
