Jowar/Sorghum dosa and chutney in a plate

Sorghum/Jowar Dosa

Ingredients:

Mill'Orich Roasted Great Millet Flour 150 grams, lack gram dal powder- 50 grams, salt and oil (for shallow fry).

Preparation Method:

  • Add water and salt to the powder to make asmooth batter and allow it for fermentation.
  • Apply a tea spoon of oil on the preheated dosa making tawa and pourthe batter on it, spread with scoop into thin round shape.
  • Fry till crispdosa is obtained.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
